A paperback version of this book was lent to me, by a friend of mine. I reviewed the book and proceeded to buy the Kindle version. It is an extremely valuable item, in my collection of books on Leadership, and it covers Ethics, Family Businesses, Home-based businesses and a few other important areas of business. I would advise people to review this book, if they are interested in grasping the essentials of Leadership, in a nutshell, without having to wade through several books, which are unlikely to cover some of the areas in Business, that are dealt with, in simple language, in this book.
